Sales Engineers
Report to: SALES MANAGER
Working place: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
- Do market study for the areas/ industries that the Company is doing business.
- Do customer prospecting, build relationship and understand their needs.
- Approach customers to precisely catch their requirements and offer technical consultancy in due time.
- Take notes of requirement information and process with quotation/ bidding documents (with the support of Sales Support).
- Follow up status of quotations and bidding documents which have been sent and have timely involvement in offering solutions in order to ensure the highest possibility of winning the bids.
- Prepare contracts for Purchase Orders, coordinate with other relevant departments and individuals for performing the orders.
- Take accountability in following up the whole process of order performance till its liquidation.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers about technical and commercial terms and conditions.
- Deal with all arising issues during the sales order performance.
- Follow up the delivery timeline to ensure the products are timely delivered to customers.
- Inspect the product's quality and technical conditions before delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with accounting department to follow up payment progress of customers, their outstanding debts.
- Support clients with technical solutions in installation and trial.
- Execute take-over and contract liquidation process when a contract finishes.
Requirements:
- Educational background: University-graduated from technical faculties: Equipment, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Chemistry.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 24-45.
- Must possess minimum of 2 years of experiences in selling in Oil & Gas industry, especially in equipments.
- English skills should be excellent (included 4 skills).
- Must possess excellent Vietnamese communication skills.
- Shall be confident with customers at all position including General Director, high levels of general corporations or departments.
- Shall be able to acquire good technical knowledge Principal products.
- Confident, dynamic, responsible, and honest.
- Excellent negotiation skill is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel both within Vietnam (about 2-3 days per week) and internationally (about 1-2 trips annually).
